Citizen card

In 2022, the Municipality introduced a new tool to facilitate management and use of municipal services: the Citizen Card. This card identifies you as a Potton resident at the ecocenter, library and municipal beach, and gives you free access to the Vale Perkins wharf. The citizen card is issued to anyone who lives in Potton, whether they are a tenant or a homeowner. The card is reserved for adults aged 18 and over.

The citizen card is valid for 2 years. Pottoneers with an expiring card: go to the municipal library during opening hours (Tuesday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:15 p.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.). Bring recent proof of residence. We will produce a new card for you.

Pottoneers who do not have their citizen card, go to the library during opening hours with proof of residence. You’ll need to fill in a form and the library clerk will take a photo to produce the card.
