April 23: Partial closure of Chemin Peabody, starting at chemin du Lac, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., for culvert replacement work.

April 8 and 9: Partial closure of Chemin de la Mine, starting at civic address 105, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for culvert replacement work.

March 15–21: Gravel spreading on Étang-Sugar Loaf Road and Aéroport Road; repairs and gravel spreading on Leadville Road

March 27th: Sugarloaf Road is rough at times, be careful.

2026 thaw period announced by the Ministry of Transport: March 16 to May 15 (dates may change)

Please note that it is best to carry out road repairs following a frost overnight to minimize further damage.

For your information, the Ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable has set March 16 as the start of the thaw period on Eastern Townships roads. As of this date, authorized load limits for trucks and shippers are reduced on all public roads.
