Public Consultation – Development Projects at Owl’s Head

The municipal council has decided to make four regulatory changes for the development of the Owl’s Head sector as a priority.

As prescribed by the government and given the state of health emergency which prevents gatherings, a public consultation will be replaced by a written consultation.
The deadline for receiving written notices is May 22, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Written notices can be mailed to the following address:

Municipality of the Township of Potton :
Attention Benoît St-Germain
2, rue Vale Perkins, Mansonville, Québec, J0E 1X0
or by email: st-germain.b@potton.ca
If you have questions about the proposed changes, you can send them in writing or by email to the same addresses.
You can also call 450 292-3313 extension 242.

Regarding the proposed changes, it is important to understand that each draft bylaw is accompanied by a resolution with the same number. This is why you have 2 documents (2 links) for each modification project. In the light of public comments, the municipal council can modify the draft bylaws and at the same time modify the resolution.
