PICKLEBALL

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. Pickleball is growing in popularity as it is easy, fun, and great exercise!

TAI KI GONG

Details: The person receives a private email on Thursdays. The exercises are done at home, at the participants own pace and at their convenience during the week.  Allow 30 minutes to check the email once a week. In addition, a minimum of 20 minutes per day is required to complete the suggested exercises.
Cost: $189 to be paid before the beginning of the first class.
