Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two, three, or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a wiffle ball, over a net. Pickleball is growing in popularity as it is easy, fun, and great exercise!

Finish your busy day with time for yourself. Yoga postures will bring relaxation while adding flexibility and strength to your body. No experience necessary.  In this class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
