Self-service Sports Equipment
A wonderful project called Circonflexe – Prêt-pour-bouger comes to Potton! Circonflexe’s mission is to facilitate access to sports and recreational equipment, notably by setting up points of service that make durable and safe equipment available free of charge, in order to encourage the practice of physical activities.
Self-service equipment lockers have been installed at the multifunctional shelter in Missisquoi River Park North, André-Gagnon sector (between the service building and the shelter). Potton residents and visitors can now borrow basketballs, pickleball or tennis rackets, a spikeball set and more, free of charge!
It’s easy to use: scan the QR code on the Circonflexe box with your cell phone, download the BoxUp app, select the Mansonville BoxUp and your choice of equipment to unload one of the lockers! You’ll then need to return the equipment by a specific time. Follow the instructions and enjoy your activity!
This pilot project was made possible by the Conseil Sport Loisir de l’Estrie. We’d like to thank the Parks and Green Spaces team for setting up the BoxUp.
