Update on road work: April 2024

Here’s a look at what’s on and what’s coming up for the Public Works team:

Please note that street sweeping (Mansonville and Owl’s Head sectors) has been moved up to this Saturday, April 27, 2024.

UPDATE APRIL 26, 2024 :

• Grading work scheduled for April 26 in the Leadville sector
• Grading work scheduled for April 26 or the week of April 29 in the Bombardier sector
• Work on Miltimore culverts

UPDATE APRIL 19 :

• Grading work completed on Province Hill, Bellevue, Bombardier and George-R.-Jewett.
• Grading begins on Peabody today, April 19
• Next roads to be graded: de-l’Étang-Sugar Loaf, Schoolcraft and Traver
• Culvert replaced on Province Hill

UPDATE APRIL 12:

• Preliminary spring grading began this week on West Hill, Bellevue and de l’Aéroport roads;
• Grading on Peabody, de-L’Étang-Sugarloaf, Schoolcraft and Traver roads during the week of April 15, weather permitting;
• Minor repairs on Laplume Road scheduled for the week of April 15;
• Minor repairs on Leadville Road at Owl’s Head Road during the week of April 15;
• Culvert replacement on Cheminots at civic address 63 during the week of April 15 or 22;
• Culvert replacement on Province Hill Road at civic address the week of April 15 or 22;
• Cleaning of ditches on Bombardier Road during the week of April 22.
