Event: A Tasty Exploration of the History of Gourmet Menus

The Potton Library is pleased to welcome Nathalie M. Cooke, professor at McGill University and author of Tastes and Traditions: An Illustrated Journey Through Menu History, for an exciting bilingual event. This gathering is especially aimed at lovers of gastronomy, culinary history, and menu culture, but is open to anyone interested in discovering a fascinating aspect of our culinary heritage.

Nathalie Cooke’s book offers an illustrated and scholarly dive into the history of menus—those silent witnesses to the evolution of tastes, traditions, and food cultures over time.
